Ideal para muros y plafones de yeso, cemento, aplanados y tablaroca, así como superficies previamente pintadas en hogares, oficinas y comercios. Destaca por su buen cubrimiento y rendimiento por mano, bajo olor y limpieza sencilla de herramientas con agua. Seca rápido al tacto y permite aplicar la segunda mano el mismo día; la película resultante es respirable para ayudar a evitar desprendimientos.
Se aplica con brocha, rodillo de felpa mediana o por aspersión. Para la primera mano puede diluirse con hasta aproximadamente 10% de agua limpia, dependiendo de la porosidad del sustrato. El rendimiento típico, que varía por color y superficie, suele ubicarse alrededor de 6 a 10 m² por litro por mano en superficies lisas y bien preparadas. Tiempo de secado estimado: 30 a 60 minutos al tacto y 2 a 4 horas para repintar en condiciones estándar.
